We currently ship to India Only. If your country is not listed, please contact us to inquire about potential shipping options.


2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

By Default We Ship with Standard Shipping Method. Please Contact us for Your Suitable Delivery Options (Charges Apply Extra )

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method selected. Free shipping may be available for orders over 999/- INR.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at admin@sanskargallery.com .


6. International Shipping

For international orders, please note:

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

7. Delays in Shipping

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or customs issues may occur. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at cmkaushik@sanskargallery.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.


10. Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our Refund & Return Policy for detailed instructions. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
